Transition to Slanka Kombi

– From Slanka Maxi to Slanka Kombi

When you switch from Slanka Maxi to regular food (Slanka Kombi) the carbohydrate depots are replenished. About 2 liters of water binds in the body (the 2 kg you lost at the start of Slanka Maxi). This means that even if the scale does not show decline your fat burn continues and you lose weight.

How strict you need to stick to the following schedule will depend on how long you have chosen Slanka Maxi.

The following describes the transition from three weeks with Slanka Maxi.

Day 1-2

  • 3 Slanka-meals spread over the day
  • 100 g proteins*
  • 2.5 liters of water

Day 3-5

  • 3 Slanka-meals
  • 100 g proteins*
  • ¼ plate of above-ground vegetables/salad**
  • at least 2 liters of water

Day 6-7

  • 3 Slanka-meals
  • 100 g proteins*
  • ½ plate of above-ground vegetables/salad**
  • ¼ plate of hot vegetables with ½ dl creme fraiche/cottage cheese or ¼ plate root vegetables/potatoes/rice/pasta (wholemeal)
  • at les 2 liters of water

* Fish, seafood, poultry, game, meat, 2 eggs

** Vegetables, can with advantage be steamed/wooked/roasted in the oven, then they’re easier to digest for many stomachs.

Dried herbs can be used in moderation in addition to salt.


Always eat a total of four meals per day, with about four hours between meals.

3 Slanka + one meal with protein and vegetables. It is important that you eat four meals a day to get a good combustion.
